Rochester Medical Transportation was founded in 2002 in order to provide quality non emergency medical transportation services to anyone in need. From a single van and driver, we have grown to a fleet of more than thirty vehicles operating throughout the nine county Rochester Metropolitan Area.

If you are uninsured or underinsured, or need just a referral to a doctor or dentist, call our Affordable Health Line. Depending on your income and household size, we can help you qualify for Child Health Plus, Family Health Plus, Medicaid, Healthy New York, EPIC, or *RPCN's Health Plan. Don't presume that your income is too high. If you are not eligible for any of these plans, we will help you identify other healthcare access options to meet your needs.
