Dr. Kochman is a board certified pediatric dentist and a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry with many years of experience in all aspects of pediatric dentistry, as well as in the care of patients with special needs. A Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry is a pediatric dentist who has voluntarily been examined by a board of five peers elected by the membership of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentists. Upon successful completion of these rigorous voluntary tests, the pediatric dentist is awarded the title of Diplomate. Dr. Kochman is a clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and Eastman Institute for Oral Health; and, an Assistant Professor in the Department of Community Dentistry at the Eastman Institute of Oral Health in Rochester New York.
