Dr. Postigo earned his medical degree from Cayentano Heredia University in Lima, Peru. He completed internships at Cayetano Heredia University in Lima, Peru and St. Lukes Hospital in St. Louis, MO. Dr. Postigo also coompleted a fellowship in Geriatric Medicine at the University of Texas, Medical Branch of Galveston. specializes in Internal Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, Hospice and Palliative Care and is board certified in each of these areas. He is also a certified Medical Director as of 2005. Dr. Postigo has been actively practicing medicine since 1992 and has been licensed to practice medicine in the state of New York since 2006. Dr. Postigo is bi-lingual and speaks both English and Spanish fluently. In 2007 Dr. Postigo opened a House Call program exclusively for seniors 65 and older in the Rochester, NY area, in Monroe and Wayne Counties. He focuses on providing the best care at their home and in the hospital, if they are admitted to Rochester General Hospital.
