Dr. Noronha is a past graduate of the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry; he subsequently completed a residency at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. Dr. Noronha spent the next ten years working for Johns Hopkins in primary care, research, administration and teaching. He also served as Director of Research for Johns Hopkins Community Physicians, and Medical Director of a medical practice. Dr. Noronha is board certified in Internal Medicine and has been named a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. He has previously been recognized by the Delmarva Foundation for excellence in diabetes education, and by the Johns Hopkins Internal Medicine Residency program for his skills as a teacher of physicians in training. While he was medical director at his practice in Baltimore, Wyman Park was named "Best Health Care Provider" by the Baltimore City Paper in 2008. Dr. Noronha believes in the importance of good communication, and team based care to help patients meet their health goals.
