Dr. Chazan attended The College of Wooster graduating in 1964 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He went on to attend podiatry school in New York City at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine graduating in 1968 with his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine Degree. Dr. Chazan is the past President of the New York State Podiatric Medical Association, and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and has served on the Board of Directors of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and the Board of Trustees of the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and the American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine, and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Chazan is on staff at Rochester General Hospital and Brighton Surgery Center.
