Dr. Ciavarri is a board-certified family physician. She accepted the role of Medical Director for Oak Orchard in 2010. Dr. Ciavarri has served as the Medical Consultant to the Orleans County Health Department as well as a member of the Medical Executive Committee of Lakeside Memorial Hospital. In 2008, she became board-certified in integrative and holistic medicine. Dr. Ciavarri practiced family medicine in Gallup, New Mexico. She received her Science and Medical degrees from Siena College and Albany Medical College, and completed her Residency in International and Community Health at Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia. During her training she had the opportunity to work in the medical field in Mexico, Ireland, and Africa. She has particular interest in preventive medicine and wellness, mind/body medicine, and women's health issues. Dr. Ciavarri is fluent in medical Spanish.
