Dr. Salloum received his medical degree from the American University of Beirut in Lebanon and completed his surgical residency at the University of Florida/Shands Hospital in Gainesville. He then completed a fellowship in surgical metabolism and nutrition at the University of Florida and a fellowship in surgical oncology at the University of Chicago. Dr. Salloum is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and a member of the Society of Surgical Oncology, among several other professional societies. His areas of special interest are gastrointestinal surgical oncology, colorectal surgery, melanoma, and sarcoma.
