Pia Stampe, PT, DPT received her degree in Physical Therapy from University of Copenhagen, Denmark, as well as a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from AT Still University. She has worked with children in a variety of settings for over 25 years. Pia's special interests include Cerebral Palsy, Brachial Plexus Injuries and Infant Motor Development. Pia is NDT trained and has extensive continuing education in pediatrics including: sensory integration, craniosacral therapy, seating and positioning, management of Brachial Plexus Injuries, Myofascial Release, Threshold Electrical Stimulation (TES), NMES, EMG Biofeedback and EMG-Triggered Electrical Stimulation. Pia teaches throughout the United States and Canada about treatment for Brachial Plexus Injuries, and she specializes in the use of technology in treatment of children, paticularly EMG-triggerd muscle stimulation.
