Location Comments: MISSION STATEMENT: To provide high quality, cost effective primary medical care to residents of the Tri-County Family Medicine service area consistent with the provisions of the American Academy of Family Physicians. To provide an organization capable of delivering ambulatory, in-patient and emergency care; to participate in planning for local and regional health care delivery; to participate in the education of medical students, residents and allied health care professionals; and to participate in activities designed to promote the general health of the area communities. Tri-County Family Medicine Program, Inc. is a unique 17-member family practice group with five offices located in the scenic Finger Lakes region of western New York State. Our Board Certified Physicians and Physicians Assistants are dedicated to a full range of Adult - Geriatric - Pediatric and Women's Health Services, which includes obstetrics. Tri-County has been developed as a group practice to provide primary care for Southern Livingston County and the adjacent sections of Steuben and Allegany counties. Our group currently operates a central office in Dansville, NY and four satellite offices in the surrounding communities of Cohocton, Nunda, Wayland and Geneseo. It is governed by a Board of Directors chosen from the communites from which we serve. Hospital care is provided at Noyes Memorial Hospital, a modern 72-bed hospital and a 10-bed ortho/rehab unit adjacent to the central office in Dansville.
