Dr. Wortman and his assistant Amy Daggett have published dozens of articles during the past 24 years, in peer-review journals, that attest to the superior long-term success of his technique. As an editor for the Journal of Minimally Invasive Gynecology Dr. Wortman contributes articles and is considered an important thought leader in both minimally invasive and office-based surgery. In addition to developing newer and less aggressive approaches to managing commonplace problems Dr. Wortman also consults with instrument manufactures to assist in the design of tomorrow's surgical innovations.
