Jill Brooks graduated from the National College of Chiropractic. in 1996 and has been practicing in Rochester, New York, since then. Dr. Brooks has a Doctor of Chiropractic degree, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology, all with honors. Dr. Brooks practiced as a Registered Nurse (RN) at VA hospitals for 7 years. Dr. Jill Brooks continues to update her education in the latest techniques, and information with seminars 3-4 times a year. Her techniques include diversified adjustments, Activator, Cox Flexion/Distraction (F/D), trigger point therapy, and home instructions that include exercises, ergonomics and lifestyle recommendations as well as nutritional counseling.
