Dr. Meaker is a native of Endwell, NY (outside of Binghamton in the Southern Tier). He received his Bachelor's in Biology and Master's in Public Health with a concentration in epidemiology from the State University of New York at Albany. He attended Georgetown Medical School in Washington, DC and received his Doctorate of Medicine in 2003. Dr. Meaker completed a combined residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Rochester Medical Center in 2007. Dr. Meaker is a member of the American College of Physicians and the Monroe County Medical Society. His interests in medicine include Evidence-Based Medicine and Preventive Medicine.

Location Comments: Victor Health Associates has been serving the Victor and surrounding communities for over 30 years. We are a group of four physicians, three of whom practice both internal medicine and pediatrics and one who practices internal medicine only. Working together with our exceptional staff, we strive to provide high quality primary health care to our patients. We also have a variety of specialists who provide care in our office as well.
