Dr. Ventura is a board certified chiropractic orthopedist and has been in private practice since 1983. He currently serves as a clinical instructor in family medicine for the University of Rochester School of Medicine. He is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, the New York State Chiropractic Association, and the American Public Health Association. He serves as a chiropractic consultant to Blue Cross/Blue Shield and to numerous insurance companies. He is certified in managing soft tissue injuries by GrastonTechnique. He has served as a volunteer clinician at the Mercy Outreach Health Center since 1988. He is an assistant clinical professor at the New York Chiropractic College. Dr Ventura has lectured to chiropractic and medical physicians on quality improvement and evidence based care.
