Dr. Wright-Knothe believes in helping people learn how they can help themselves and take control of their lives. She can help you with relationship difficulties, managing important life transitions, minimizing anxiety, eliminating depression, managing stress, improving your physical health and fitness, and increasing your level of happiness. With over 25 years of experience, her approach is integrative and collaborative, based on trust, respect, and compassion. Dr. Wright-Knothe uses cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based types of therapies as well as strategies from positive psychology. She encourages patients to do daily meditation practices and believes functional medicine and integrative medicine are effective in helping prevent and eliminate or reduce the cause of physical illness, mental illness and emotional problems. Dr. Wright-Knothe provides her patients with knowledge and guidance in selecting supplements that often help. These include (but are not limited to) high quality fish oil and vitamin D3. She also offers life coaching for people who want to enhance the quality of their life. She can help you to create your best life.
