Dr. Parul Patel is a board certified radiologist who trained at a high volume university based residency program with Level I trauma, stroke and transplant centers. Dr. Patel completed medical school at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse and from there pursued her internship at Flushing Hospital Medical Center in Flushing, NY. Her radiology residency and fellowship were conducted at the University of Rochester Medical Center and University Medical Imaging, both high volume radiology environments located in Rochester, NY. Dr. Patel's radiology fellowship focused on Magnetic Resonance Imaging. Dr. Patel is a member of multiple radiology societies and organizations including the American University of Radiologists, the American College of Radiology, the Radiological Society of North America, the American Roentgen Ray Society and the American Association of Women Radiologists. Throughout her training, Dr. Patel has published and presented on a range of radiology topics in leading industry publications and at industry meetings.
