I am an experienced psychotherapist dedicated to working with adults, adolescents, and families across a wide range of family and mental health concerns, toward better mental health and a stronger family life. I believe I have a sensitive, very respectful approach, without jargon. Special focuses include anxiety, depression, parenting and family issues, trauma (physical, emotional and sexual), loss, and urgent care family and work issues. I am also honored to provide counseling and trauma informed care for military members and their families. An additional specialty is consultation and therapy with the elderly, for caregivers of the elderly, and for those in other caregiver roles for any age. And for any client, I have an arrangement to refer for to an NPP or psychiatrist for medication evaluation and prescribing/consulting for medication.
