Rochester Health Healthcare Directory

The RH Healthcare Directory is an on-line resource for the Rochester Community representing a comprehensive listing of healthcare providers, services and resources. The RH Healthcare Directory listings are limited to the Rochester Health service area of the Greater-Rochester area consisting of the following counties:

Dental practices and ancillary healthcare providers can submit their directory listings using the on-line forms referenced below. Unless there is a problem with your directory listing your listing will appear in the RH Healthcare Directory as exactly as submitted and under the healthcare category selected.

Adding a Picture to a Directory Listing

Physicians, dentists and allied-healthcare professionals can have their picture displayed in their directory listing. The RH Healthcare Directory uses the Individual National Provider Identifier (NPI) as the unique provider identifier in the directory, thus in order to have your picture displayed with your directory listing the picture must be submitted along with your NPI and according to the following: pictures must be 81x97 pixels in dimension, pictures can only display the provider, i.e. no group pictures, pictures can be in color or black and white, pictures must be in .jpg, .bmp or .tiff image format. To submit your directory listing picture please email Rochester Health at joindirectory@rochesterhealth.com and attach your picture; please include in the email the provider's full name and Individual NPI.

Physicians and Allied-Healthcare Professionals

Physicians (MDs/DOs) and Allied-Healthcare Professionals (audiologist, chiropractic, physical therapy etc.) are listed in the RH Healthcare Directory through their participation with CAQH ®. Participation in the directory is free and Rochester Health invites all eligible physicians and allied-healthcare professionals to join the directory.
