Location Comments: Blossom South is a 161-bed facility located in Rochester, NY on Monroe Avenue that provides both long-term and short-term nursing and rehabilitation services. Blossom facilities offer medical staff on-site 7 days a week. At least 8 hours a day our medical staff and Board Certified physicians provide in-house care to our residents. Our staff of Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Licensed Practical Nurses, along with our therapists, dieticians, and social workers, work together to create and follow individually crafted care plans for each resident to meet their goals and to see to their needs.

Location Comments: Our sister facility, located on Portland Avenue right next to Rochester General Hospital, provides the same services as Blossom South with the addition of IV Infusion Therapy.
