A decade ago, Jay Ellie MD, with Sixteen years of emergency room and occupational medicine experience saw a need for free standing occupational health centers across the country. With careful planning, and capitalizing on his reputation for caring and quality management, he founded WorkFit Medical LLC. From its beginning, WorkFit Medical LLC has now expanded to four locations in Western New York. Each clinic gives employers and employees opportunities through physical exams, testing, education, and our employee assistance program to receive a comprehensive approach to health issues in and outside the workplace. Management of worker’s compensation claims are dealt with daily at all locations. In addition to a myriad of services provided by our company through Occupational Health, WorkFit Medical provides, through its staffing division, medical professional staffing and traditional company staffing options.
