Flower City CrossFit is a private gym founded by Jeff Rice in 2010.  Located at 3543 Winton Place, Rochester, NY. It is a no nonsense, no gimmick place to build elite fitness. We take fitness very seriously and we have a heck of a lot of fun in doing so. We run, jump, climb, balance and move in ways that are dynamic and powerful. People who come to work out here can expect to sweat…a lot. Your success is of utmost importance to us. You will find that working out in groups is not only more fun but it is a superior way to improve your level of fitness. Our group workouts are extremely demanding and will flat out kick your butt no matter how fit you are. Our programming will build world-class fitness. All you have to do is show up and complete the prescribed workout with 100% of what you have that day. If you can manage that then we guarantee that you will get in the best shape of your life. Period.
