Our goal is to provide guidance, support, comfort and pain management to individuals as they journey through the dying process, as well as provide guidance and support to the families of the dying individual.
Based closely on the model of a family caring for a dying loved one at home, our staff and volunteers interact with the health care, social services and pastoral counseling professionals of certified home agencies so as to meet the individual palliative care needs of each resident.
