This 25 bed, OASAS licensed facility is located on University Avenue Rochester, New York. Medical and counseling staff are on site 24 hours per day. Individual and group counseling is combined with medical care and bed rest in a safe, comfortable environment. Patients are admitted to the SBH Rochester Evaluation Center who need medical management of withdrawal and/or stabilization services. The staff includes doctors, nurses, accredited.counselors, case managers and administrators dedicated to person centered quality care. The center has 15 medically supervised beds and 10 medically monitored beds. Accessible 24 hours a day, all individuals presenting themselves will be assessed for chemical dependency services. Services provided include withdrawal and stabilization services, inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient clinic services, community residences, supportive living apartments, permanent housing and supportive and clinical case management.
