Employee Health Systems was founded in 1985 to provide high quality Employee Assistance Programs to companies in the metropolitan Rochester, New York area. Our Employee Assistance Program helps employees and their dependents deal with personal problems. The EAP staff is dedicated to solving problems that affect personal well-being, performance and productivity. We provide confidential counseling, management training, employee wellness seminars, and other services.
