Oak Orchard Community Health Center

The purpose of Oak Orchard Community Health Center is to provide quality, efficient, cost effective primary health care through direct patient services, health promotion and disease prevention. The health center provides family and community oriented services with emphasis on caring for all people in the service area, including those who have problems obtaining health care from traditional sources due to lack of income, transportation, or lack of knowledge of health care available. Health center physicians have admitting privileges at Lakeside Memorial Hospital, University of Rochester Medical Center/Strong Memorial Hospital and Rochester General Hospital.

Through special funding from the federal, state and local governments, the health center provides the following programs:• Woman, Infants and Children (WIC) Program• Comprehensive Prenatal Care Program (CPCP)• Migrant and Seasonal Farmworker Outreach Program (MSFW)
