At both of our locations, in downtown Rochester and in the town of Greece, our compassionate staff provides treatments meeting the highest medical standards. Working with the physicians of Rochester-based Nephrology Associates, Unity offers individualized care through the use of a multi-disciplinary team approach. Our physicians, nurses, dietitians, and social workers routinely meet with patients to develop and refine a personalized treatment plan for each patient.
