Mercy Flight Central, Inc. is a not-for-profit EMS organization that provides helicopter and fixed-wing emergency medical service transport and critical care level treatment within New York State.
The aircraft are equiped and staffed with air medical personnel to provide critical care for helicopter on-scene and interfacility transport including a flight nurse and a flight paramedic. Mercy Flight Central Inc. participates with the hospitals and EMS providers in New York State to enhance patient care services, education and training of prehospital care providers and quality management programs.
