Location Comments: Unity Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation offers Cardiac Rehabilitation and Pulmonary Rehabilitation services. Cardiac Rehabilitation is a medically supervised program of exercise and patient education that offers all phases of cardiac recuperation, including: inpatient hospital care, outpatient care, maintenance program and preventive care. Our Pulmonary Rehabilitation program is also a medically supervised program that seeks to improve exercise capacity and breathing function. A team of health professionals establish programs based on the patient's medical situation, lifestyle, and abilities.
