Location Comments: Unity Living Center, a 120-bed state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility, is located on two recently renovated floors on the Unity St. Mary's Campus. Unity Living Center focuses on providing treatment and rehabilitative care for patients with medically complex needs, dementia, and behavioral challenges. Special services include short-term rehabilitation, pain control, IV therapy, peritoneal dialysis, access to hemodialysis, ventilator beds, and relaxation therapy to meet the needs of those with chronic diseases. |
