As always, our free class is for cancer survivor members of WNYWP and their supporters. (15 Bikes available on first-come, first-serve basis.) Physical activity is a proven benefit for cancer survivors. Don't stop exercising because the weather turns bad! Come on out and join us - classes are tailored to each individual's needs and abilities. All you need is a towel and water bottle!
