Pre-registration required. Free to MVP members and non-members. Help yourself be in the drivers' seat in reducing your cholesterol numbers through small lifestyle changes. Learn nine specific strategies for cholesterol reduction and how to implement them into your everyday health practices. In this interactive workshop participants will receive educational materials, work in small groups and leave with a wellness plan. This class is for people presently using medication for cholesterol and also for those not using medication. Presented by Linda Louison-Krause, Wellness Works.
