This year's vaccine will include both the H1N1 and seasonal flu components for your convenience. Please bring your insurance card with you to the clinic. The cost may be covered by insurance. If you do not have insurance or your insurance does not cover the cost and you are not able to pay the full cost, partial payments will be accepted.
