It is with great pleasure that the Lakeside Foundation announces that former First Lady Laura W. Bush will be the guest speaker at this years Gala Dinner. The 21st Annual Dinner will be held Friday, December 11 at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center. Mrs. Bush continues a long-standing history of esteemed speakers and presenters for this event.

Mrs. Bush is a leading advocate for women's health issues. She promotes women's heart health as the Founding Ambassador for the National Heart, Lung & Blood Institute's The Heart Truth Campaign and supports breast cancer awareness and research as Global Ambassador for the United Nation's Literacy Decade, promoting the importance of literacy in addressing the challenges facing the developing world. In addition, he is a hiking and camping enthusiast and actively supports our National Parks.

Proceeds from this event benefit the vision and mission of Lakeside Health System in Brockport, NY.
