Thompson Health, Wegmans and Finger Lakes Cardiology Associates are partnering for this event which features glucose and cholesterol testing, as well as blood pressure checks and information on Nature's Market, smoking cessation, cardiac rehabilitation, diabetes management, stroke management and pharmaceuticals. You will have the opportunity to meet with physicians from Finger Lakes Cardiology Associates. Cost is $25 per person to cover the cost of the glucose/cholesterol test materials; all staff time and other materials are being donated by the three partnering organizations.
