The Got Dreams Awards was established in 2007 by the Monroe County ACCESS initiative in association with the Monroe County Department of Human Services, Office of Mental Health in order to recognize youth with emotional and behavioral challenges, their families, as well as, other adults and organizations that support them. These youth are Monroe County residents who are pursuing their dreams in spite of their mental health challenges and serve as role models to other youth. The awards also pay tribute to the adults, and for the first time this year, to an organization who contributed to the success, growth, and resiliency of these youth.
The event is FREE but you must register because space is limited.
