Free kidney health checkup. Must have a personal or family history of diabetes or high blood pressure or a family history of kidney disease. Checkup includes blood pressure check, cholesterol check, finger stick for diabetes, urine & blood tests for kidney disease. Allow approximately 45 minutes for the checkup. Must be at least 18 years of age. Medical insurance is not required. Wegman's pharmacists will be on hand to answer questions about your medications.
