One evening class for expectant parents to attend during the first three (3) months of pregnancy. Class content includes maintaining a healthy lifestyle, the growing fetus and body changes, discomforts of pregnancy, and physical conditioning exercises.

Park in the Portland Ave. Ramp Garage. A voucher for parking will be given during class.

Fee: $25.00

Discounts: $25 Per Couple. $20 ViaHealth PLAN Members and ViaHealth Employees. No fee for RGH & GHS Women Center Patients. Group/Track packages available
