We are currently accepting applications for Camp Open Arms 2010. This is a two week summer day camp running Monday-Friday from July 12-23. This is a wonderful opportunity for any child with cancer or sickle cell anemia, their siblings and children with parents with cancer. Each year we take fun day trips to various Rochester locations: RMSC, Strong Museum, Seabreeze, Bay Creek Paddling and many more! Gilda's Club provides a meeting place for men, women and children living with cancer, along with their family and friends. They join with others to build social and emotional support as a supplement to medical care. Free of charge and non-profit, Gilda's Club offers support and networking groups, lectures, workshops and social events in a non-residential, homelike setting. Gilda's Club is funded through the generosity of private individuals, corporations, foundations, and grants.
