Rochester, NY- Rochester Hearing and Speech Center to celebrate - Better Hearing and Speech Day Open Houses on Tuesday, May 11.
WHAT: An open house to the public. If you or someone you love is experiencing a hearing loss; this event is for you. Free hearing screenings, free refreshments. No appointments necessary.
WHEN: Tuesday, May 11
TIME: 9 am- 4 pm

WHAT: Presentations on summer speech programs and auditory processing disorders
WHEN: Tuesday, May 11
WHERE: 1000 Elmwood Ave, Al Sigl Center building, Door 1. Registration is required for both presentations, call 585- 286- 9305 by May 7, 2010. Visit: www.rhsc.org
TIME: 6:30 PM - Dr. Noreen Podyma will discuss summer program offerings for children with difficulties in reading, writing and language processing.
7:15 PM- Dr. Larry Medwetsky will discuss if spoken language processing disorders could be the reason your child is having difficulty in school.

A non-profit, United Way agency, its goal is giving back communication and quality of life to those it serves.
