American Red Cross NY-Penn Blood Services Region is one of the three largest regions in the American Red Cross Biomedical Services system, providing blood products to approximately 101 hospitals throughout upstate New York. The New York-Penn Region aims to make a tangible difference for the better in as many lives as possible by ensuring that quality blood products and services are always there when and where they are needed.
