19th Annual Friends of Strong Gala Wine Tasting

Guests will sample more than 300 red and white domestic and imported wines and champagnes from 7 to 10 p.m. Friday, Feb. 12, when the University of Rochester Medical Center's Friends of Strong holds its 19th annual Gala Wine Tasting at the Hyatt Regency Ballroom.

The festive occasion will also include a delicious selection of finger foods to complement the wines: cheeses, breads, warm hors d'oeuvres and desserts. Live jazz by the Matt Valerio trio will enhance the informal, relaxed mood and a silent auction and raffle of donated items will conclude the evening.

Tickets to the Gala Wine Tasting are $50 per person or $45 per person for parties of four or more. Space is limited so please reserve your places before Feb. 8. Tickets will not be available at the door. To purchase tickets, please call the Friends of Strong office at (585) 275-2420. Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card are accepted.
