Please join Visiting Nurse Hospice at the 17th Annual Evening of Remembrance on Tuesday, December 1, 2009, to remember the patients and families we have cared for through music, reflection and remembrance.

This non-denominational service will run from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Twelve Corners Presbyterian Church, 1200 South Winton, Rochester, NY, 14618.

You may RSVP by calling 787-8762; please indicate the number of attendees, as well as the name(s) of your loved one(s) to be remembered so we can include them in the names to be read during the service.
